Blog Experiment: Singapore TV Dominates Sex and Celebrities!
A few weeks ago, faithful readers may recall, I posted a few blog entries whose titles intertwined prurience and celebrities, wondering if that would create a spike in my audience. Tracing back the slight increase in hits, I found that two people found this site by googling Zhang Ziyi, and one via Stephen Chow. Celebrities, nudity and toplessness were clearly not enough to do the trick.
But last week the number of eyes that scanned this site blossomed by about 600%. What did the trick? My posting on Singapore TV options.
Which leads me to the rather heartening conclusion that media criticism has more of an audience than pornography or celebrity coverage! This is so encouraging that I may be forced to watch more Singapore television in order to write about it and increase my fan base.
