Starting from the left-most character, going toward lower right, then back to the top character and finally to the right-most character, it reads: Flower, Good, Moon, Circle. What it means is something like many perfectly formed flowers blooming on a beautiful evening with full moon. This is a traditional phrase for an especially joyful occasion such as the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, which is always on the 15th day of the eighth month on Chinese Lunar Calendar. For what is typical of human nature, people sometimes also add: ????? which means a good harvest year and a long long life.
